Booking & Cancellations

All sessions are by appointment only. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session start time. This allows you to settle in and ensures we stay on schedule for all clients.

Payment & Packages

Payment is due at the time of booking. For clients on a protocol or membership plan, your sessions will be scheduled according to the plan selected. All protocol or package sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise noted.

Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, all purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to continue a protocol or membership for health or personal reasons, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.

FSA / HSA

We accept HSA and FSA cards for qualifying services. Please check with your provider to confirm eligibility.

WellnessLiving Account

When booking through WellnessLiving, please make sure your contact information is accurate. This helps us ensure you receive reminders, updates, and relevant communication regarding your sessions.

Confidentiality

Your privacy matters. All personal information and session details are kept strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA compliance standards.
