Booking & Cancellations

All sessions are by appointment only. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session start time. This allows you to settle in and ensures we stay on schedule for all clients.

Payment 

Payment is due at the time of service. 

Memberships

Memberships can be canceled at any time. Sessions must be used within the current billing cycle and do not rollover to the next billing period. After purchase, you'll receive an email with instruction on how to schedule your sessions. 

Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, all purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to continue a protocol or membership for health or personal reasons, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.

FSA / HSA

We accept HSA and FSA cards for qualifying services. Please check with your provider to confirm eligibility.

Acuity Account

When booking through Acuity, please make sure your contact information is accurate. This helps us ensure you receive reminders, updates, and relevant communication regarding your sessions.

Confidentiality

Your privacy matters. All personal information and session details are kept strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA compliance standards.
