How the Egg Works

Inside the Harmonic Egg, healing begins the moment you enter. The chamber is built with sacred geometry to amplify energetic flow and create a safe, resonant space for transformation. You recline in a zero-gravity chair, fully supported, while curated music and colored light are selected just for you—based on your intentions and your current needs.
The music is played through a custom sound system that envelops your whole body. Frequencies are chosen based on what you're moving through—whether it’s inflammation, emotional overwhelm, hormonal imbalances, or spiritual realignment. Colored light complements the sound by targeting different systems of the body, each with their own vibrational frequency.
The session lasts for 40 minutes, followed by 10 minutes of silence to allow for deeper integration. The silence isn’t empty—it’s where the body does some of its most profound rebalancing.
