In Person Egg Session

This is an in person Harmonic Egg session. We will do a short intake and get clear on your intentions for the session. Then you will be lead into a zero-gravity chair within the egg. We will recline you into a comfortable position before the egg envelops you in sound waves, and the selection of music and colored light that is based on your own intention with the help of the practitioner. You will bathe in light and sound for 40 minutes and end with 10 minutes in silence all the while sitting in the egg. We will then help you out of the egg and provide water and electrolytes and you're welcome to integrate in our forest room before you journey into the World.
Special Instructions
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Arrive well-hydrated
- Sessions are 60–75 minutes total
- Plan for a restful day afterward
- Avoid other forms of energy work for 5–7 days post-session to allow full integration
